Que: Does the efficiency drop when the panels are cut?
Ans:
No, we use standard monocrystalline silicon and Flexible Solar Panel like the ones usually offered in consumer electronics or roof top applications. The electrical properties and efficiencies are the same as if the solar module was uncut.

Que: I want to test your products before place an order. Could you provide samples and how could I get them?

We can provide charged samples; We don't offer free samples to our customers at the first. The sample will be sent out only when we received your payment by T/T or by Paypal. As to the samples prices and their Express freight charges. Please contact us in detail or calculate by yourself.
Que: Would I get your price list?

Ans:

Que: What terms of payment do you use?
Ans:
We can quote you EXW,FOB,CRF and CIF price. The delivery port can be Shenzhen or Hongkong and any China port.
Que: What about the leading time?
Ans:
Leading time is 7 to 15 working days. But please confirm the exact delivery time with us as different products and different quantity will have different leading time.
Que: What payment methods are accepted?

We accept T/T bank transfer. PayPal, West Union, L/C at sight.

The freight cost depend on your order quantity and delivery address, please contact us to get the more information.

For sample order or trial order, We usually use UPS/DHL/FedEx to send the products by air.
For bulk order, we suggest you ship by sea. We have cooperated Logistics company for shipping our products.
